The topic of relation between two countries is one of the prominent and portant topics that occupies the attention of researchers and writers because the topic constitutes a fundamental pillar in the history of the two countries and as result of the events and developments that surround these relations the impact of which is reflected in the public opinion of both parties, therefore, the research discusses an important issue in the Egptian-American relation issue of American economic aid to Egypt throughout the rule of Egyption president Hosni Mubarak This aid was part of the American aid program tow ards countries in the middle East region, and it increased significanty in the nineties as aresult of the great rapprochement between the two parties, this aid has surprised many and made them wonder about the real goal that prompted the united states of America to provide billions of dollars to a country like Egypt. Is providing this aid really chrity or are there hidden goals behind this action? The research, in addition to the methods it followed in providing Egypt with this aid, the estimates of this aid, and investing the position on this aid.
